Detailed Pricing & Inclusions
We provide transparent, comprehensive pricing outlining exactly what’s included in your package. We take the time to explain the details so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

Contracts & Approvals
Once your design and inclusions are finalised, we prepare the building contract and manage the required approvals, including CDC or council submissions.

Construction
With approvals in place, construction begins. Our team focuses on quality workmanship, clear communication and delivering your home to the agreed timeframe.

Handover & Ongoing Support
After final inspections, we hand over your new home and remain available during the defect liability period, backed by a six-year structural guarantee.
